Calendly Embed

Overview

Assembly makes it simple to schedule time with your clients with Calendly directly from your portal. You can embed your scheduling page to make it easy for clients to schedule time with you, or embed a specific event you would like your clients to access.

App Setup

1. Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.

2. Click Add under Calendly. Set a title and icon that represents the app. For example, a scheduling page could be titled "Book a Meeting", or a specific event could be titled using the event title itself.

3. We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Calendly will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.

4. Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.

5. Go to your My Calendly page on calendly.com.

6. To create a scheduling page app, right-click on the link under your username and copy it.

7. To create a specific event app, click the Copy Link button under the event you wish to embed.

8. Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box. 

To preview the app as a client, click Portal at the bottom of the sidebar and click Open portal. Once you're logged in as your test client you'll be able to view the connected app.
