Connect the Google Drive Embed
Google Drive lets you upload, store, and share files. You can connect any file from Google Drive by following the instructions below.
Connecting folders from Google Drive requires an additional tool. Instructions can be found in this section under Additional configuration.
Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.
Scroll to Don't see your app? and click Add. Set a title and icon that represents the app.
We recommend setting this up as an automatic App if you want your file to be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.
Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.
Go to your Google Drive and open the desired file you want to embed.
Open the menu by clicking the 3 vertical dots in the top-right and select Share. Make sure the sharing permissions are set to Anyone with the link can view.
Open the same menu again and select Open in new window.
In the new window, click the menu in the top right and select Embed item...
Copy the iframe code.
Go back to the App setup page and paste the copied iframe code into the content box.
If you want to embed entire folders from Google Drive, you will need to use an embed code generator which can be found here.
